Strength & Conditioning (Sunrise, Sunset, Morning Edge)

Strength and Conditioning training involves a wide range of exercises developed to build a variety of skills with a focus on mind, mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, speed, agility and performance.

Our Strength and Conditioning classes are offered over a variety of time slots so if you miss the morning session you can catch up in the evening or do your own free training session when you can (life gets busy sometimes). Our S&C sessions help with injury prevention and develop the proper mechanics for your bodies longevity.

MetCon (short for Metabolic Conditioning)

At MetCon sessions we use fun and effective strength and cardio circuits to train your aerobic and anaerobic energy systems. A great tool in helping you reach your body composition goals!

Saturday Sessions

Start your weekend right with a fun sweat session with your mates. Something different every week (ZUU, strength, cardio, MetCons and so on) enjoy all the things and grab a coffee after.

Dayz at The Collective

9.30am 4 days a week, enjoy a variety of modalities to keep things interesting.

  • Boxing Circuit - Get all the benefits of a full body workout with Boxing drills and conditioning circuits.
  • MorningEdge S&C - a wide range of exercises developed to build a variety of skills with a focus on mind, mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, speed, agility and performance.
  • Friday HIITDay - High Intensity Interval Training Our Friday HIIT Sessions involve repeated bouts of high intensity effort followed by varied recovery times. You will definitely sweat.
