Our next 10 week program starts Tues 13th Oct. Sign up for 10 weeks at $30 per week. Kids welcome, creche room with NetFlix available (non supervised)

Our Dayz classes are perfectly timed for post school drop offs being at 9.30am for an hour. Bring the little ones if you wish or enjoy a solo workout. Each class is designed for both men and women of all fitness levels.

Sign up for a 10 week block with no ongoing commitments post the school term.

We are adding in 2 bonus 5.30am classes as part of our 10 week program. Tuesday’s & Thursdays for the early risers amounts is! Get up, get it done, get home and start your day!

9.30 TUESDAY - MORNING EDGE TAKEN BY CLAIRE

An hour of power focused on building your strength and aerobic capacity. With a mix of weights and HITT style training, this class is the edge you need to get your body, mind and soul ready for the day.

9.30 WEDNESDAY - YOGA TAKEN BY EMILY

For all levels from beginner to advanced, Emily will guide you through your Yoga practice each Wednesday. The aim is to increase positive energy and a calm mindset, circulation in the joints and improve flexibility.

Finish your week with the music pumping while you get your sweat on. You will be looking forward to your weekend after this class. Each week will differ as variety is the space of life.
