Monday - MetCon + Core taken by Bex

A high-intensity, short, sharp workout including a series of body-weight exercises with interval style training, designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete. Designed by a former marine, this is a class you can be sure to push your limits. Once you catch your breath, work on strengthening your core and pelvic floor.

Tuesday - Strength Taken by Claire

An hour of power focused on building your strength and aerobic capacity. With a mix of weights and HITT style training, this class is the edge you need to get your body, mind and soul ready for the day.

Wednesday - Yin Yoga taken by Alisha

Yin Yoga is a practice for all levels, consistIng of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body - the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility.

Friday - Friday Funday taken by Bex

Finish your week wIth the music pumping while you get your sweat on. You will be looking forward to your weekend after this class. Place your coffee order when you arrive and It will be ready when your done.
